Job Description

Nil. (Supervision of outsourced agencies). Liasoning with regional offices.  

To manage general administration efficiently across India and implement out-of-box ideas to save costs in administration.

Manage effectively general office administration viz House keeping, security, office maintenance and pantry services at all locations within India.Selection and negotiation for office premises and other formalities required for leasing & maintenance.Ensure all respective labour law compliance viz shops & establishment approvals, Safety and Electricity board approvals etcIdentification, negotiation and renewal of contracts with out-sourced service agencies viz Rented Car services, Hotels, Event organizers, House keeping, Maintenance agencies etc.Dealing with Govt officials on required approvals and compliances.Similar capacity experience in Service industry or office environmentExposure to labour laws

Communication and Co-ordination SkillsNegotiation skillsSelf starter with initiative and ability to get work done through othersHonesty and IntegrityAbility to handle unexpected emergencies and work under pressure.Networking skillsGood exposure to latest developments in Hotel industry and General Administration area.
