Job profile:

The main role of the Deputy Branch Manager would be to assist and monitor the Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Managers & Advisers to achieve their respective business targets across the whole product range.

The DBM would also be required to motivate the team under him, to train the team so that they acquire the best of the knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications: The candidate applying for the post of DBM must be a Graduate or Post Graduate preferably in marketing.

·        To manage team of Sales Managers

·        Planning & implementing all the marketing, sales and customer care related activities for the branch

·        Set and achieve branch targets

·        Monitor and review their performance and take corrective actions

·        Tracking of competitive activities and analysis of the same

·        Accountable for overall profitability of the branch

·        Ensure compliance of the branch on audits and regulatory standards.

·        Manage operating costs and supervise day to day branch operations
