Job Description

·         Hard Core planning & management of large scale Transport Operations across India

·         Complete IITS verticalisation, and integration of all four regions as one team.

·         Standardize operations & reporting processes across India.

·         Oversee the company’s Statutory compliances, governance, FFBLD & Risk Analysis, etc.

·         Create initiatives, new projects & minimize cost of operations.

·         Be a strong People Manager – provide guidance and strong leadership.

·         Strategic knowledge of finances, budgeting and cost control, to bring efficiency level.

·         Be able to liaise with Government, NASSCOM - bring about changes at policy compliances, controls and audits.

·         Have working knowledge of MS Excel.

·         Provide guidance to CoE & Finance/MIS teams on dashboards, reporting,

·         Develop a transport communication strategy and develop an image of efficiency.
