Job Description
Responsible for training requirement, involve TNA ( Training Needs Analysis), Training delivery, post training evaluation.
Make Training Plan and recommendations and adjustments where necessary under guidance of Group Head.
Preparation and regular update of the Training Budget, in close cooperation with the Human Resources team ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.
Developing need based training module using multimedia props i.e. movies, advertisements etc.
Produce training reports as needed.
