Job Description

CDMA Femtocell – Sr. SW Eng/R&D Module Lead (Oracle DB)

Summary:

A Software developer with 5+ years of industry experience in Oracle DB and Java Hibernate design and coding in J2EE environment.

Role:

Functions as module/feature owner and responsible for requirements capture, DB design and development.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

 The job involves design and development of DB structure for new features and access code through Hibernate. Work closely with Application developer to understand the needs to do an optimal design considering the normalization and performance of DB queries.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

·          Good understanding of Oracle Database in distributed environment.

·         3+ years coding experience in Java hibernate for DB access.

·         Working knowledge in J2EE (Weblogic) platform would be a plus.

·         3+ years of SQL, PL/SQL coding experience.

·         Should have worked with larger size Data in Oracle DB.

·         Good debugging skills using Oracle tools and other debuggers is necessary.

·         Should be a self starter, able to work with un-solidified engineering requirements and willing to explore.
