The Data Entry Operator would be working very closely with the Senior Management at TSP and would be engaged in the following activities.
Roles and responsibilities:
Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.Store completed documents in appropriate locations.Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors.Maintain logs of activities and completed work.Build CV database for BFJ and upload the same on websites (http://www.barefootjobs.org/)Support research teams in categorising and maintaining data for all ongoing assignmentsMaintain daily MIS and send it to senior managerCategorise and upload CVs on an ongoing basis in the ERP systemData mining and research from internal dataSupport the research and administration teamsDesired Profile:
Qualification/Aptitude Required: Any Graduate or Post graduate degreeTyping Speed: 30-35 wpmShould be well acquainted with MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.Should have eye for detail; be systematic and meticulous in approach and method.Effective Communication skillsEnglish Language: Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.Should be able to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.Freshers with no experience are welcome.Other Details:
