Job Description

* Qualification: Engineering Graduate with MBA from Premier Institutes.

* Computer Literacy: MS Office, Primavera & MS Project Tools

* Experience: 12-16 years in SEZ Projects, Business/Infrastructure Consultancy, Architecture/ Planning, Real Estate Companies.

* Key Responsibilities:

(a) Strategy

Developing a business and marketing strategy for SEZ sector

Developing the strategy for attracting investments and managing revenues and capital expenses

Structuring relationships with the potential partners

Coordination of development of the master and infrastructure plan

Developing the industry and tenant mix in processing and non-processing areas and the phasing out plan

Preparing and coordinating technical / financial /pre-feasibility/ feasibility studies

Preparing bid documents for pre- qualifications, tenders etc. advise on the attractiveness of the Project, highlighting the probable issues

Budgeting 

Reviewing the progress of development and reporting

Monitoring the market trends and the development in the SEZ sector

Proactively identify the opportunities to enhance Sector’s profitability

Experience of Turnkey Projects

(b) Sales & Marketing

Developing the marketing plan and vision for the SEZ sector

Identifying and leading participation in conferences, exhibitions and trade fairs

Developing the media and promotion plan and marketing budget

Developing the positioning of the project and the methodology

(c) Customers

Relationship management and improving network with potential key customers / clients / tenants in the anchor sectors – Solar PV, Defence, Media & Entertainment etc.

Marketing the project to potential operators, users  and investors

Liaisoning with Consultants and Contractors, Government Agencies, Boards
