Job Description
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to the following) Candidates
should be first class civil engineering graduates below 38 years of age
with over 9-15 years experience in building construction.Candidates
would be in charge of managing project and responsible for project
delivery with challenging deadlines and adherence to the highest
international standards.A proven track record in independently managing large project.Candidates
must be familiar with advanced building construction techniques, high
quality finishing items, contract terms and conditions along with
overall management of large sites.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
A. Education and Experience
Professional qualification equivalent to a Bachelors degree, ideally in Civil Engineering.Minimum 9-15 years of experience in construction industry in project execution role.Strong understanding of project delivery lifecycle across construction asset classes.B. Specific Knowledge/ Skills
Strong interpersonal skills in English and preferably in at least another local language.Ability to handle construction activities independently and proactively at simultaneously in a high-paced environment.Job Location:- Hyderabad
