Take necessary steps for ISO certification and accreditation for other training courses for Nurses, Technicians and subsequently for D.N.B. For doctors, various academic programmers will be launched, run and supervised by the Manager, Operations

Take necessary steps for opening of a Blood Bank in the hospital

Arrange the various health check camp

try to do good relation between hospital and the different corporat companies.

Responsible for infection control and maintaining an impeccable and clean environment in the hospital premise.
