Job Description

Position:          Security Solution Head

Location:        Delhi/Ncr

Role and Key Responsibilities

Implements BL strategy and drives BL unique KPI’s in the region according to global guidance

Responsible for regional BL service / product management and overall BL portfolio performance in the region

Support sales by providing subject matter expertise and engaging customers proactively in cooperation with CTs and Business Solution Sales team

Deploy BL’s solution & product portfolio in the region and provide feedback to the global BL

Drive offerings in the Region and providing feedback to the global business line

Support the Sub-Regions to develop competence related to BL’s portfolio

Responsible for overall planning & operations of regional

Facilitate regional best practice sharing on own BL business and share best practices with the global BL

Provide input to the global BL on local competitor intelligence, cost efficiency and price competitiveness benchmarking

Requirement

The candidate should have prior experience and exposure in handling Security solutions portfolio and service delivery of these solutions

Exposure to Indian telecom industry and working experience with Service providers is essential

Leadership skills in managing high performing teams with senior consultants and architects

Ability to work in virtual teams and execute the business agenda through clear vision and plan
