Role Description:
Ø Development of the PL/SQL scripts for checking the correctness of the data.Ø Execution of the PL/SQL scripts for carrying out the assurance and usage reconciliation activities.Ø The resource is required to resolve the suspense in End User Billing and IOA. Ø Validation of the outputs/results being generated by execution of the scripts.Ø Recording of the defects/issues found.Ø Analysis of the Suspense issues found while execution of the scripts.Ø Coordination with the vendor team.Ø Coordination with other different COLT project teams.Ø Ensure timely delivery of the project deliverable with qualityØ Provide timely resolution to the Suspense queries.Ø Preparation of KPI Reports (weekly and monthly)Ø Updating documentation of procedures and processes to support the Billing Team.Ø Attending the necessary trainings.Ø Travel to other COLT companies especially Europe.Ø Excellent knowledge of end to end billing process and experience of working in Intec’s IOA V6.0.7 and V7.1.Ø Excellent knowledge of Oracle, PL/SQL, Performance tuning, etc.Ø Good knowledge of Unix.Ø Experience in telecom billing migration will be an added advantage.Ø Excellent inter personal skills.Ø Strong written and oral communication skills in EnglishØ Demonstrated proficient leadership skillsØ Experience in Training teams, preparation of working instructions and process modellingØ High level of professional work discipline and attention to detail as well as keeping the big pictureØ Proven track record in delivering results, working on tight deadlines.Ø Strong systems and analytical skills.Ø Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as under pressure.Ø Ability to multi-task effectively.Ø Able to identify and implement improvementsØ Experience working in virtual international teams (specifically with Europe).Additional Information
