Job Description
You expertly capture and analyze customer requirements to ensure that products and solutions will accomplish their objectives. You also prepare responses to commercial and legal requirements associated with a bid.What will you bring?· Excellent English oral and written communication skills· Outstanding time management skills· Ability to work autonomously and as a strong team player;· Strong listening, fact finding and analysis skills;· Experience in bid response, pre-sales, and/or product management is required, with a minimum of 2 years of work experience· Knowledge of telecommunication and wireless industry would be an asset; solid and in-depth experience in technical bid and RFP response preparationWhat will you deliver?You are your only limitation. Redknee will support you as you interact effectively with internal and external customers to own, lead and create bids and RFP responses that generate opportunities for Redknee. You autonomously execute special assignments and creatively prioritize deadlines to get the job done. You may also be required to travel internationally to support customer bids.You will effectively:· Create technical, legal, and commercial RFP responses and manage product information· Deliver end-to-end responses to customers· Ensure RFP’s are complete and properly address technical, commercial and business requirements· Drive production and delivery with strong focus on timelines· Work in a team environment to ensure the bid deadlines are met, with the quality level that we are· proud of· Strive to consistently improve the quality of proposals and the proposal development process· Manage pre and post proposal customer Q&A sessions· Enhance internal systems and processes for bid content storage, and maintain up to date RFP and· product information· Ensure proposals reflect Redknee leading edge product and corporate strategy· Assist Sales Directors during all phases of the sales process;· Analyze and track bid responses to improve quality and bidding strategy· Create and update standard RFQ responses to influence customer requirements prior to RFP release· Demonstration of both business and technical strength will be given preference.
