Details about the position:

Position: Circle Optimization Lead 3G
Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chhattisgarh

Requisites:

- B.E. BTech (EC & Telecom)
- 8-12 years of experience
- Expertise on GSM / CDMA / Telecom

Responsibilities:

- Analyzing the periodic benchmarking drive test reports and suggests optimization measures for the next quarter.
- Monitoring the overall 2G/3G network health & KPIs.
- Strategizing solutions from network performance & customer complaints perspective.
- Network Audits.
- Development of 2G/3G KPI improvement weekly targets
- Analysis and validation of various performance reports.
- Working on critical network issues with NHQ, TAC & Vendor.
- Feasibility studies on 2G/3G Radio network improvement plan through radio features activation and parameters retunes
- Root cause analysis of all performance affecting critical recurring faults and recommend actions on the BSC and the RNC.
- Impact analysis of all recommended corrective actions.
- Periodic risk assessment of network operations from quality imperatives.
- Ensuring close coordination of optimization activities with NPI team in NHQ and Customer teams.
- Monitoring Network Complaints (coverage/connectivity issues) and their resolutions as per the SLA.
- Preparation of reports for regulatory bodies for sharing QOS reports from a network performance perspective.
- Review of all improvement plans in ROGUE CELL TRACKER received from the RF Performance SMEs for feasibility and impact and seek necessary NHQ approvals for implementations.
