Job Description
The Core network lead have to handle high level evolution design of all core (MSC & Adjunt) nodes to the network strategy plan.
GSM / CDMA Technology backgroung is a must for this position.
Must have BE/ BTech educational backgroung and overall 9 -12 years of experience in telecom sector
The Core Network Lead is overall responsible for
•Maintain regular capacity planning cycles as per Reliance’s CAPEX planning requirements, based on traffic forecasts from the traffic engineers•Manage all the capacity augmentation and optimisation to meet the KPIs set by Network Quality
•Consistency in design and methodology across all circle teams
•Confirm schedule of new Core and Adjunct project rollout with the PMO
•Generation of all management reports – internal and external
