Job Description

The role is directly responsible to offer ENHANCED CUSTOMER SERVICE through all VF/Partner Inbound call centers 

·         Assist Circles for Inbound call centre services to meet or better budgets / plan

·         Analyzing Customer Interaction and trends so as to reduce calls/subs and cost to serve

·         Planning & Forecasting:

·         Call Forecasting/People

·         Partner with Quality for process improvements

·         Ensure all SLA’s being met as per contractual targets for all customer segments                                            

·         Ensure Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reviews with Circle Ops teams and SP’s

·         Manage Circle & SP engagement
