This mail is with respect to an excellent opportunity with our MNC Client  in PUNE.

We are looking out for Telecom Professionals who wish to be a part of our Client.

The role and perk shall undoubtedly be par to the industry standards in respect to your profile.

REQUIREMENT      : END USER MANAGEMENT

WORK LOCATION : PUNE

The role is responsible for the Desktop Operations focusing primarily on USer Satisfaction. Candidate should be able to guide the team providing workstation support like PC Deployments and Configuration Management, User Management and User Support. The role holder is accountable to meet the Service Level Metrics. Coordination with various domains for the operations to meet the agreed customer service level targets.

·         Design and establish a comprehensive, ITIL based service process and service framework for all user support activities

·         Run state of the art incident, problem and change management processes to reduce the number of service impacting events

·         Run regular service statistics to report on KPI and Service Quality

·         Deliver IT support projects and support activities on time

·         Deliver End User Support (EUS) for internal and external Clinet users at all location

·         Ensure the delivery of all service level and high end user satisfaction

·         Ensure a standardized PC build, migrating over time to the Client International.

·         Act as single owner for all user management  and manage account requests in other entities

·         Accountable for desktop security and audit related matters

FUNCTIONAL Skills :----

§   Good knowledge on Wintel, Network, Voice, Wi-Fi, UC/VC environments

§   Knowledge of troubleshooting Desktops/Laptops/ Wintel, Network, Voice, Wi-Fi, UC/VC environments

§   Demonstrated Customer service skills and client focus

§   Good knowledge on troubleshooting Exchange, Office IT enviroments

§   Basic understanding of the Network topology & network connectivity (LAN/WAN)

§   Skills to troubleshoot the network infrastructure requirements

§   Previous experience or aptitude to be successful in an Administration and Operations capacity

§   Developed problem-solving skills

§   Good interpersonal skills

§   Comprehensive verbal and written communication skills

Desirable:

§   Basic understandings of ISO-20000/ITIL/ITSM are desirable.

§   Call logging tools like Remedy, HP Service Desk, CA Service Desk etc

§   Certifications like –MCSE/CCNA/ITIL/SixSigma

§   Basic MS Reporting Services skills

§   Basic statistics skills

§   Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

§   Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills/
