? Understand the Project scope.
? Be the anchor for the Chief Engineer /Project Manager for technical and managerial inputs/guidance.
? Monitor the progress of Projects and resolve bottlenecks during project cycle, in order to facilitate smooth and timely completion of projects.
? Ensure proper coordination between Site and Corporate Offices and other departments for all activities.
? Review and monitor Quality Standards are followed.
? Ensure timely presentation of MIS to the Management.
