Job Description

Skills Required· Strong In-depth Knowledge in one (or) more of the following 3 sections numbered below:

1. Bluetooth Controller (ver 2.0 (or) 2.1) - Baseband, Link Manager, Security

2. Bluetooth Host STACK - L2CAP, RFCOMM, OBEX, GAP, SDP, MCAP

3. Bluetooth Profiles - A2DP, AVRCP, HFP, HSP, OPP, SAP , MAP, HDP, PBAP, Sync, FTP, BIP, BPP

· Test planning and execution on one or more of these protocol layers on an product/Platform

· This includes the ability to read and clearly understand the protocol specification and implement test cases accordingly

· Added Advantage - Solid knowledge of test automation using at least one scripting language (Perl/TCL/Python)

· Tools like PTS, FTS, and BITE tester

· Compliance / Conformance / Interoperability /Performance testing

Soft Skills

· Mandatory learning attitude, Should be capable of learning new version of Bluetooth Protocols

· Good communication, analytical and presentation skills

· Team player and Process oriented
