Job Description

- Should have overall 3+ years of IT experience
- Should have good functional understanding of Telecom OSS Domain, especially in to Telecom N/W inventory management, Switch Configuration and Service activation.
- Experience in PSTN, ISDN, wired technology, Broadband, OSS/BSS is a plus
- Should have Previous experience in Metasolv or Cramer or any other OSS systems.
- Should be able to perform functionality support and document Process
steps.
- Should have basic PL/SQL skills.
- Should have good written & Oral Communication skills.
