Job Description

Responsibility:

·         Supporting Account Managers in Pre-Sales support

·         Selling Tikona product value to customers

·         Understand customer requirements to position correct solution  

·         Resolving technical problems at customer site

·         Working with back-end teams to analyze complex problems and identify solution

·         Keep update with Tikona new products in order to provide support as soon as they are launched in the market
