Job Profile:
-Attending Phone Calls, Handling EPABX System
--Front Desk operations, welcoming clients, guiding them to the
concerned departments,
--Handling Incoming/Outgoing Dispatches
--Responsible for keeping courier record and other
correspondence report.
--Transferring the calls to various departments
--Co-ordinating with People, Filing Documents.
--Complete and maintain paperwork and front desk
responsibilities.
--Taking detailed message for person called upon, including
name, time of call & nature of business.
--Check ins, Check outs, escorting the guest.
--Handling guest queries & doubts.
