We are currently developing our landmark South Delhi campus as Moolchand Medcity. Medcity will be India's largest single site multihospital complex (1,500+ beds and 6 specialty hospitals).

In the medium term we intend to be a top three healthcare services player in North India by building and managing 3,000+ beds in the NCR and its suburbs. We plan to achieve this vision by setting up a portfolio of hospitals in key cities through a mix of green field facilities, alliances and joint ventures.

In the longer term we intend to establish a national/international footprint.

Job Description

2.1 To efficiently manage the schedule/maintain the calendar. 

4.1 To work with admin and ensure best rates and seamless coordination for travel, accommodation and vehicle rentals.

4.2 To look at cutting per booking cost by at least 30% through booking/planning effectiveness.

4.3 To track costs, collate data and submit monthly MIS to admin.

4.4 To co-ordinate with finance to effect timely payments.

4.5 To ensure seamless coordination with different departments for all events/seminars/conferences.

5.1 To ensure overall cost reduction/optimization (stationery, electricity, printing, communication, skype usage, etc)

5.2 To ensure compliance of company/group policies/procedures (travel, procurement, etc)

6. Monitor and track attendance

6.1 To monitor attendance and keep track of outdoor schedules and travel and submit to HR by XXX of every month.

6.2 To ensure that leave applications are duly approved and submitted to the HR department.

7.1 To assist admin department in procurement efficiency and optimization (rate, authenticity, delivery time lines, etc)

7.2 To maintain records, prevent misuse and keep track of stationary requirements

7.3 To ensure work space allocation and basic admin requirements (stationery, phone, computer, etc) for all new joinees.
