Job Description

 - Troubleshooting and Resolution within SLA time frame for any operational issues of NOC.

 - Escalated issues resolution or escalation to vendor's.

 - Audit of network elements and trouble tickets logged with NOC.

 - Managing team's members with respect to the schedule , training ,  their performance and as one point of escalation.

 - Performance Management based on learning’s/ workings of the team member's , co-ordination with other team members , initiative to take responsibility.

 - Minimum 2+ years of  Hands-on Knowledge of BGP , OSPF,VPN , MPLS , QOS.

 - Worked on 7200 series router , 7600 series routers , Firewall like Fortigate

 - Overall Networking experience of more than 4 years.

Should be willing to work in shifts.
