Job Description
This position would be responsible for managing all the SLAs and KPIs related to data services.
Set up of Inbound call centre for Data Support servicesMigration of Decentralized data support to centralized supportEnsure all operational KPI (SL, CSat, EQ, IQ etc) met/exceededRevenue generation by upsell/cross sell at call centreReporting and analysis for various call centre data point.
