Job Description

The position is responsible for execution of the Quality strategy for all the Circles across the entire Customer Life Cycle and across touch points through

o   Setting & Measuring the Standards through Benchmarking & Best Practices

o   Continuously Improving the Service through delivery of Service Process Improvements

o   Execution of process audits across Customer Service and other functions

o   Standardization and maintenance of  transaction Quality for processes of Call Center (Service Partner), and Retails

o   Measuring and Reporting of performance across all assigned touch points

o   Ensuring improvement across the defined touch points
