To provide an escalated level of support

To resolve any issues perceived/ experience by the users,

To support local and global production teams and development teams as well as the client

Job Knowledge:

§ Business and technology understanding of the client’s industry domain (financial services, specifically electronic markets) to some extent

§ Technical and/or applications background in the areas of daily operational support and system development life cycle 

Job Experience:

§ Application support (6 months-1 year)

§ Application maintenance (1-2 years) 

§ IT program and project experience 

§ Customer service and solution providing

Willingness to work on multiple technologies

Willingness to work in Shift hours (2nd Shift)

Willingness to give 2 years of service level agreement with the company

Desired Profile:

Excellent problem solving skills

Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills

Good inter- personal  skills

Strong multi-tasking, time-management and organizational skills

Ability to understand and appropriately respond to customers' needs and escalate as needed

Experience: 6 month to 2 years

Total Number of Positions: 25

Education: B.com, B.sc, BBA, BCA or Any Graduation
