Experience: At least 2-4 years of relevant experience'

Essential Skills:
Able to manage Avaya Switches and Gateways. Preferably S87XX, S8500 and gateways like G650, G700 etc.
Knowledge of Avaya Contact Centre solution terminology is preferable (Key words: Split/Skill, VDN, Vector, Hunt group, Trunk groups).
Knowledge of functions and integration of Enterprise telephony/business communication products such as PBX/Switch, CTI, IVR etc.
Good conceptual knowledge of Voice networking/enterprise telephony preferably Avaya.
Able to handle high pressure situation and Escalation.
Need to Co-ordinate with US vendors, incase of any issues.
Working knowledge TTS (Text to speech), Nuance product exp will preferred.
Able to understand the Voice recorder operation, the exp in voice recorder will be preferred.
Decent English communication skills (Spoken & written) with Neutral Accent, Strong Communication, Trouble shooting & Analytical skills.
