Job Description

Dear candidates,

  We have an opening for one of our reputed client for Chennai location for the below mentioned requirement. If looking for a change or interested on the same please revert me back at the earliest.

Req 1:Experience : 6-8Yrs

• Candidate should have strong CAD knowledge in SOLIDWORKS 2010 & Agile
• should have handson experience in design of Enclosures, Shelters, Antenna components in Telecommunications domain.
• Collaborate with client in developing specifications and Conceptual models to meet IP,NEMA and NEBS standards...
• Strong experience in Sheet metal parts manufacturing, fabrication, surface finishing for outdoor applications...Thermal analysis and optimization for outdoor enclosure (expecting cost effective thermal solution for each enclosure).
• Knowledge on handling vendor , Prototyping , Negotiation with vendors are added advantages.

Req 2:
1. Overall experience 8-10 years
2. Sound knowledge on Telcom product design- ( Active , Passive,RF,Fibre and Enclosure products) ( EIA, ETSI ,IP , NEMA and NEBS rated enclosure)
3. Collaborate with client in developing specifications and Conceptual models for Server,Router , Shelfs , Enclosures
4. Support on establishing project scoping and arriving at milestones and Deliverables
5. Thermal solution and optimization for Telcom products (expecting cost effective thermal solution) - Hands on experience on Passive products is prefered
6. Strong experience in Sheet metal parts manufacturing, fabrication, surface finishing process , Machining and Plastic part design
7. Exposure to standards likeIEC, GR63,GR487,Belcore,IPC and develop products as per standards
8. Team handling experience, co-ordinate with client and understand expectation and drive offshore team.
