Job Description

·         Responsible for Security Administration, Facility management, CSR, Customer relation and General Administration.

·         Scheduling & implementation of Planned Preventive Maintenance  system. Maintenance and operation of Generator, Refrigeration / Air conditioning plant and Distilling plant  

·         Maintenance of Major fire fighting and damage control system. Fire detection, Audio visual alarm and security devices. Live and simulated fire fighting, damage control and safety drills.

·         Handle the entire spectrum of activities across providing facilities support to all the office staff and efficiently handling Vendors, housekeeping /pantry services, mail room operations, Record management

·         Manage and co-ordinate functions of building facilities including lifts, generators, water supply and power supply

·         Implementing appropriate problem solving tools to study cost & downtime of electrical equipments

·         Handling assets movements. Develop panel of top vendors for facility and admin function. Analyzing and reviewing their billings, the taxation compliances, purchase orders, Vendor Reconciliation, invoices & agreements, ensuring timely payments.

·         Coordinating with agencies like Communication network, Electricity Board, and Pollution Control Boards, controlling authorities like Collectorate, to ensure smooth functioning.

·         Maintaining PR with local police, fire stations & medical authorities for responsive action in an emergency.

·         Overseeing security activities, ensuring Information Security while conceptualizing security plans, identifying vulnerabilities/ exposures & risks, deploying security protections, preparing Disaster Response policies.

·         Deployment of security guards for managing security office, security beats and mustering in/out procedures.

·         Ensuring comprehensive Security by installation of sensitive electronic security equipments, Access Control, Anti-Sabotage Check, Electronic Counter Measures etc.

·         Ensure and improve the quality of life of the residents of peripheral Villages, Community health environment, Promoting livelihood system, skill development & empowerment of weaker section, Planning, Networking programme and communication activities.

·         Assist in developing and managing corporate social responsibility content on company’s intranet and Internet. Develop network with non-profit and community organizations.

·         Acting as a primary interface for all customer service enquiries. Maintain "Feel Good" factors for clients through relationship management service
