Job Description

Requirements-

Preparation of dispatch plan.Preparing the pick list as per dispatch plan.Assist in Customs clearance from port.Closely monitor arrival plan and track deviations.Warehouse receipts.Warehouse stock up-date in system and manuals.Supervise safe upkeep of stock in warehouse.Timely dispatch of equipment to customer as per schedule.Preparation of Excise invoice.Checking of proper entry of customs duty and excise duty in reports and system.Checking of duty calculations while preparing of excise Inv.Prepare dispatch documents (DC, PL etc)Monitor dispatch to BSNL customer locations.Sort out any issues related with delivery to customer.Preparation of claim bills as per city values in PO.Ensuring the data correctness in Claim bills.Necessary attitudes-- positive attitude towards daily routine activities and team work.

Education:

Special knowledge & skills

Knowledge of Excise handling and related matters, independent handling of excise depat officials. Maintaning statutory books for all receipts and dispatches. Knowledge about imports and Sales tax will be added advantage

Certificate & Training

Any training in commercial and tax related matters.

Competencies

Knowledge about imports and Sales tax will be added advantage.
