Business Development Manager
Location : Delhi / Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :
To carry out business development by sourcing for new corporate customers, retaining and growing existing corporate customers, and by working through partners to market the company’s services. To provide one-stop service to corporate customers regarding all the company’s services locally and globally, by understanding and identifying their communications needs through account planning profilingTo encourage partners to recommend the company as the preferred service provider.Support company around the world and HQ in pre and post business development activitiesJob Functions :
To source for new corporate customers and to achieve performance targets in an expected time frame Respond to telecommunication requirements and IT related inquiries from existing customer baseTo Build and foster good customer relationship with new and existing corporate customers to ensure long term business opportunities.To propose telecommunications and IT solutions to meet corporate customers telecommunications needs locally and globally.To work with other departments in HQ, as well as its overseas business units to develop solutions to meet corporate customers telecommunications and IT service requirements.To recruit and groom channel partners to encourage partners promote and recommend the company as the preferred solutions partner.To train channel partners on the company’s product and servicesTo work together with partners in identifying markets and to assist them in selling the company’s services.Work with internal account teams to coordinate all post business development processes, including submitting paperwork for all order processes, coordinating to ensure services are turned up in a timely manner and any other post-business development issues (i.e. billing, collection etc). Work with various individuals across departments to ensure delivery of resultsWork with internal account teams on each account to manage all stages of the sales cycle within existing customer base, including developing new business opportunities, customizing proposals, contract negotiations and project implementationProvide competitive market feedback on a regular basis in order to ensure Company’s products remain competitive in the marketplaceProvide an exceptional customer experience to develop long term business opportunities. Complete annual strategic account plans for each account so as to target each account strategically to drive revenueForecast business as required by management in order to ascertain demand for products and servicesMaintain current account, prospect interaction and account activity in CRM system, when system is implemented.Job Requirements :
Degree or higher qualification with at least 5-10 years of Business Development experience in Telco industriesAn excellent sales track recordGood analytical skills, capable of doing in-depth analysis, providing insights to customer trends, market needs and possible solutions to address identified gapsCandidates with MNC experience will be an added advantageMust be self-driven, energetic and resourcefulAble to project strong, positive image of self and companyAble to deliver professional sales presentation, proposals and reportsAbility to work under pressureSalary : 11-16 Lakh (Not a constraint for right Candidate)
