Job Description
Following the sales plan of the team.
1. Telecalling for fixing appointments.
2. Generating data base by sales blitzing and other relevant sources like existing personal contacts and contacts through references.
3. Preparing and storing of periodic (daily / weekly / monthly) reports of sales activities, client meetings, tele-calling, follow up reports, and sales closure reports etc.
4. Acquiring product knowledge provided by the supervisors / managers and other colleagues responsible to do so.
5. Being responsible for sending all the external official information (brouchers, emails, promotional materials, rate letters after approvals) to the clients on time every time.
6. Ensuring all the relevant pieces of internal official information is stored and responded appropriately and the line supervisors / managers are always kept in the loop.
7. Ensuring that all the financial transactions, approvals and reimbursements are complied as per company norms and guidelines.
8. Ensuring all the official instructions passed on by the designated colleagues from thesame and other functions are duly adhered to.
9. Being punctual, following the dress code and other social and official codes of conduct.
10. Demonstrating good interactive and cooperative skills with the colleagues and clients.
11. Understanding the sensitivity of the official information and keeping it to the self and to the company only. Ensuring "No Pilferage"
Specifications:
Min 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Salary – 20k to 25 k per month
Excellent communication skills both written as well as verbal.
Excellent MS office skills.
Willing to travel within and outside the country.
Good interpersonal skills and a groomed and pleasing personality.
Good understanding of travel sales market and / or hospitality industry
