Job Description

You are looking forward to support us with self-dependent organisation of our office in Mumbaiand also assist our Managing Director to organise qualitative marketing research projects.Responsibility for overall office organisation and office support staffBeing in charge of ordering office supplies & equipmentAdministration of postal as well as electronic correspondence – internal and externalMaintenance and filing of relevant documents (agreements, contracts with suppliers, accounts related documents)Travel arrangements for project tours (flights/hotels/venues / visa applications)Managing complete scope of meeting arrangements –from room set up to decoration to organizing cateringand refreshments. You will be directly dealing with national and international clients and respondents during projectsBeing in charge of our viewing facility - Operation of the audio- and video recordingBeing in charge of technical equipment (cameras, mp 3 players, etc)Operating the switchboardPreparation of company accounts (tally NOT required!), handling petty cash accounts,Coordination with external tax consultantsCoordination with and reporting to external IT departmentPurchase of test products and incentives for ProjectsYou have a degree in Business Administration / Hotel Management / Hospitality Background or any other suitable fieldPrevious work experience as Office Manager / Head of Administration, preferably with a larger (internationalOrganization in the field of marketing or event managementYour English is fluent in speech and writingYou have excellent organizational skillsYou have a pro-active dedicated, committed personalityYou are able to multitask, meet deadlines and still stay calm during hectic project activityYou have good communication and people skillsYou are willing to accept flexible timings during ongoing projects

And of course you are familiar with MS Office applications such as Word, Outlook and Excel.
