Job Description

BE / BTech. ( E & TC ), with 12 to 15 years of work ex, years of Experience in handling Large Geography Service from  the Best  Service Companies of Electronics and White Goods.

1.  Owner for the Service Profit Centre for mobiles and accessories for the Company.

2. Delivering the Best Service Levels in the country to the Customers and Service Partners.

3.   Overall responsibility of conceptualizing, developing and operating Repair Centers & Testing for mobiles and accessories across the Nation.

4. Responsible for the Customer Services Operations and Management of front and backoffice.

5. Planning and implementing of repair centres infrastructure and partners for delivering Service  .

6. Rolling out of Service Partners across the width and length of the nation as per plan.

7. Setting up of the master/Hub Repair Centre in the Factory located at Hardwar, Uttaranchal

8. Planning and budgeting of Assets, machinery, tools and fixtures for Services/repair network

9. Service Quality Audit for the Services division monthly.

10. Interaction, planning & coordination with Principals overseas for Product design, testing and spares planning and management

11. Automating and Establishing Online processes  for all activities from Customer Interface to Accounting from Systems

12. Ensuring any cross functional issues are dealt with and customer service or delivery related issues are solved immediately

13. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle teams and Customers
