·                           Facility Management

·                           Vendor/ Service Provider Relationship Management.

·                           Monitoring maintenance of equipment’s, Assets, etc.

·                           Cost rationalization & Optimization.

·                           Liaisoning with different Govt. departments.

·                           Monitor legal implications of agreements, rents, lease.

·                           Manage Onsite deputies.

·                           Prepare MIS report for Management.

Candidate Profile

·                    Male aged within 45 yrs.

·                    Graduate with good academic records (Orientation towards Law would be preferred).

·                    Relevant experience of min 5-8 yrs in the similar role.

·                    MS Office proficiency.

·                    Strong communication/ negotiation skills.

·                    Strong decision making and team management experience.
