Job Description
Position: Manager/Dy Manager-Site Acquisition
Location: Pune/Lucknow
Ø Handling Cell Site Acquisition, Legal compliance coordination with Legal Advisor appointed by company, as well as liaising with location owners & Local Authorities for permissions / NOC’s for the installation of cellular base stations with the help of vendors as well as with Marketing and RF & MW departments for the internal technical clearances.
Ø Supervising overall management of land acquisition, Owner issue and property sourcing matters encompassing sourcing & site visits, matters pertaining to land acquisition.
Ø Carrying out valuation, negotiation of property and as well as authentication / verification check of registered property title documents.
Ø Acquiring sites for network deployment in the minimum time at an optimum cost and should be able to ensure all legal and statutory clearance required for a telecom sites.
Ø Coordinating with the offices of Registrar of Assurances for title search reports and also verification of property title, land tax and other compliance tasks.
