To maintain MIS of offered candidates. Should be able to communicate with the candidate effectively after they are offered by clients. Should have good convention power.Also will have to Followup with AM's for updating of status.
Shall be able to do the billing analysis. Preferred if able to raise invoices.
Essentials:
Should have strong knowledge of EXCEL and SURFING WEB.Should have little knowledge of Recruitment Process.Should have good knowledge of various Job Portals.Experienced in different Recruitment Scenarios/Processes
