Job Description
Monitor the Clearing House System (CHS) processes to guarantee the smooth running of the entire production engine
Set up new customers/new services in CHS
React on system related alarms, determine the causes and take actions to fix them
Ensure that all files (TAP and proprietary formats) are processed in time, and intervene in the production process when there are any problems
Supervise the complete processing of test files (first-time setup and modification of customer data, setting up and modification of roaming relationships, dealing with alarms, monitoring processes and rectifying faults).
