Job Description

• Plan and propose appropriate coverage solutions in the existing as well as new market based on the business requirement.
• Ensure RF Engineering of coverage solutions as per design plan.
• Issue of Search Rings & site validation.
• Consolidation & preparation of RF growth plan / carrier up gradation to meet capacity & coverage requirement
• Co-ordination with RF team for RF planning, candidate validation
• Provide site-specific RF designs in terms of antenna, antenna height, cable etc. for new sites.
• Responsible for circle RF optimisation, performance & quality
• Responsible for periodic competitive drive test, benchmarking & proposing improvement plan to ensure market leadership
• Responsible for periodic RF parameters & performance audit
• Evaluation of RF related customer complaints & propose suitable solutions in co-ordination with circle RF team
• Responsible for raising the work order for RF parameters, neighbour list updation, optimisation activities etc.
• Responsible for preparation of MoP for new features, RF parameters, RF optimisation etc.
• Responsible for approval scope change request (SCR) for any coverage solution related changes.
• Responsible for MSC rehoming plan based on site distribution, RF performance
• Responsible for field trial / vendor evaluation of new solutions.
• Implementation of various strategies & newRF features for performance improvement
• Cost analysis & preparation of budget for radio network expansion, preaparation of BoM
