Required skills

8+ years of experience in the IT industry with minimum 3+ years experience of developing Remedy AR System solutions

Experienced with good knowledge of BMC Remedy, AR Migrator,with the direct Remedy experience, including 7.x, is a must

Working knowledge of Windows and Solaris environments, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Apache, Tomcat, IIS

Working knowledge in scripting languages such as Perl, XML is mandatory

Good understanding of complex business issues and to develop and communicate effective solutions with Integrated Services Management products in complex business environments

Excellent consultative, problem solving, research and analysis, team building, and leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Exposure to work with International Customers, face-to-face dialog with Customers

Ability to develop relationships with customers to understand and address their needs.

Ability to plan and organize the work so that it is efficient and effective and allows service to be delivered promptly and reliably.

Ability to identify opportunities and develop new ideas that will lead to improvements
