Job Description

Expert/Good knowledge in several Aastra voice products/EPABX/PBX/VOIP regarding O&M and advanced services/design. especially in Ericsson platform or Ericsson Project.

(minimum 6, preferably and maximum 8 yrs) from advanced service and/or maintenance within the telecom area.

Since we are looking forward to future converged data/telecom solutions with MX-ONE, we also see knowledge in Microsoft OS’s, Linux and general data-com as preferred skills. VoIP (Voice over IP) is a prerequisite, at least for a few resources in the Voice Provisioning Team.

Working as a Team leader or project manager in current role will be good.

Experience with VM Ware and Virtual Machines is a merit.

A true customer mindset is very important including excellent customer interaction skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong command of English language.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Excellent quality mind set.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Requires occasional travel (domestic and international).
