Job Description
Administering, Security and Time Office activities and thereby ensuring proper wages & Salary disbursement. Monitoring Leave records, Production Incentive, Bonus, Gratuity, Full and final settlement. Maintaining personnel records of the entire staff. Monitoring Personnel Policies of the Company. Interacting with different Government departments for administrative matters such as Pollution Control Board, Electricity & Water, Telecom Depts., Factory Inspector & Labour offices etc. Keeping and updating all statutory Documents. Furnishing timely monthly & yearly statutory returns. Maintaining House Keeping & Ensuring industrial health and safety aspects of the Factory.
