Job Description
Incharge of all technical aspects pertaining to functioning of the building.
2 Undertake all day-to-day work related to M&E.
3 Assist the Facility Manager in execution of his task pertaining to technical dept
4 Supervise all the ISO related PPM’s and work orders for Electrical, Fire, Mechanical.HVAC,BMS systems
5 Ensure implementation of all the schedules on time
6 Manage and supervise the works during breakdown.
7 Ensure zero downtime and ensure business continuity at sites
8 Assists the manager during electrical Inspection and escalate on need basis to the client
9 Certifying and processing of various bills related to facilities like rental,electricity, telephone etc
10 Liaison with various service providers related to facility
11 Manage the Inventory of spares and consumables required for Electromechanical equipments.
12 M&E service provider’s bills processing.
13 Inventory maintenance and update
14 Coordinating with land lord for property works/repairs
15 Checking of all Logbooks & Water meter-reading logbooks.
16 Checking condition of civil works/items in the scope and project to the client regarding repairs/replacement/painting etc.,
17 Getting quotations and taking approvals for completion of works with respect to each department.
18 Transition management.
19 Knowledge of Statutory Compliances related to Facility Management
20 Monitoring of AMCs vendors visits, repairs and maintenance schedules
21 All the data and complaints analysis received at the BMS
22 To ensure E&M operational SLA reports are prepared as per the specified time.
23 Contribute to energy saving with engineering team.
24 Ensure availibility of all MIS related to technical functioning of site
25 Responsible for carrying out the due deligence of the site
26 Responsible for preventive maintenance for onsite equipments
