Job Description
Knowledge of Basic Service Operations of Computer.Should have an exposure of the Customer handling or service industry at least for 4 years.Should have an exposure of working in shifts, nights includedJob Responsibilities:
1) Maintenance, Security and Transport related works:
To ensure proper preventive maintenance schedule is implemented.Supervise the security operationsCheckup the records the security personnel maintainsKeep an eye on the movement of the security with the transportMaintain vigil to instruct security in case if there is a problemCheckup and schedule the departure of taxiDaily updation of the taxi recordsCreation of backup mechanisms for curbing taxi failuresMaintaining records pertaining to the taxi’s & fixed transport.Creation of taxi roasters for the shiftsVerification of the bills of the taxi’s as well as of the transportersMaintaining records pertaining to the transport default and reimbursement given to staff on this account.2) Operations:
Provide regular support for the Evening shift personnelEnsure that the requirements pertaining to the photocopies, lamination, courier, binding etc. are regularly met.Ensure the pantry & housekeeping requirements for the evening shift are met to their expectations3) Housekeeping activities:
To ensure the housekeeping people working in the night adhere to the schedule given to them.To ensure hourly monitoring of their activities during the entire evening shift.To act proactively to ensure emergency cleaning activities are taken care ofTo create and implement thorough cleaning schedules during the night shifts4) Managing Cafeteria Operations
