- Maintaining calendar and scheduling the meetings accordingly
- Domestic / International travel, visa, foreign exchange and hotel arrangements
- Screening phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Arrangement of meetings, seminars and parties
- Preparing slides on Power Point for various conferences wherein he is a speaker on the panel
- Preparing fortnightly expense reimbursement statements and liaising with accounts for timely payments of the same
- Regular updating of client contact database
- Filing
- Sorting, distributing and dispatching of mail
