1) Visitors :
The complete logistics from the time they come into the city till the time they leave the city will be the responsibility
- Hotel bookings
- Cab facility
- Site visits & Recreation
- Shopping
2) Accommodation, Travel and Visas :
- Coordination with employees and travel agent for various travel bookings and visas
- To arrange cab facilities for customers and employees
- To ensure that every day cab services for helpdesk employees
3) Manage logistics of inter departmental meetings
- Sales meetings
- HR Meetings
- OSAM Meetings and prepare minutes of the meeting
4) Co-ordinate with the SAP office with items related to the CEO & Director
5) Maintain his daily, weekly, monthly, yearly calendar and update
6) Infrastructure Maintenance :
All infrastructure, equipments, repairs of the CEOs & Directors office to be managed
7) Answer telephonic calls
8) Arranging get together/meetings outside venues along with the detail logistics
Essential Skill Set:
Good grasp of spoken and written English
Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Graduates/Hotel Management/Customer Relations with 3-6 years experience
