& Act on alarms generated in FMS & escalated by Fraud Operators Follow-up
and Follow-through on Fraud cases with other departments/functions of Idea
Resolution
of issues / problems associated with daily activities & Fraud Quantify
and understand Fraud to identify losses/savings Responsible
for & support Operations Manager in MIS reporting for Fraud Training/Experience
on telecommunications and Fraud and RA in telecommunications The
role requires an exceptional degree of discretion and integrity due to the
data being processed. The post holder will be able to work as part of a
team and also use their own initiative to achieve results Excellent
numerical & analytical abilities, including Data Analysis techniques Strong
Leadership & Management skills Excellent

results within tight timescales PC Literate
