Grade: Either GM or Director 

Person with Proven Leadership skills, keen passion to build a great BPO Practice in the area of Communications. Has managed both Business Development and Delivery Management in a global Services Organization with Global Teams and has worked with diverse workforce

Educational Background

1.       Prefer candidate would have Engineering background 

2.       An MBA  from top schools would be an advantage

No of years of experience

1.       Overall Experience:  > 14 years

2.       Minimum years in BPO--- At least 6 years

3.       Minimum # of years in People Management role:  4 years

Present Role:

1.       In the immediate past should have managed a BPO business of not less than 25 M

2.       Led Multiple BPO Transitions & Delivery operations

3.       Been successful in a Matrix Organization

4.       Candidate with Multi function experiences

5.       Experiences in Telecom & Wireless (SME knowledge)would be an advantage  

Previous roles:

1.       Experience in Developing a new Line of Business would be an advantage

2.       Strong Business Development experience would be preferred

3.       Product Management or Entrepreneurial experiences must be highlighted

4.       Should have been Stable and across different roles

5.       Prefer candidates that are stable and have not changed jobs in last three years.\

6.       Folks from other industries such as Manufacturing & IT could be considered on merit

7.       Most of the BPO experiences should have been in Third party 

8.       Experience in other verticals would an advantage

Workplace and Supervisor:

1.       Role is based in Chennai (Hyderabad is an option)

2.       This role shall be mentored by a Group Practice Leader
