Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:-
Ø Co-ordination with all departments and HODs and Project Heads regarding the matters concerning to Director.
Ø Coordinating with all the departments on behalf of Director on his absence and generate MIS reports to Director and follow ups to Director.
Ø Correspondence with various authorities, replying to e-mail and faxes etc.
Ø Follow-up for meeting / appointments, preparing agendas.
Ø Follow-up with consultants / clients / Projects personals for projects related issues.Ø Browsing net and downloading data related to real estate sector.
Ø Accurate filling of profiles & important document / data.
Ø Keep a track of various Real Estate Awards for both India / Middle East projects and keep constant follow-up with the agency until the material is delivered.
Ø To explore new market as well as new clients in the existing markets.
Ø Arrange meeting of the Director with Consultants, Govt. Officials and other Important Persons and communicate with them.
Ø Able to give presentations on the subjects conveyed by the Director with the HODs
CRITICAL ATTRIBUTES:-
Ø Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
Ø Good convincing skills.
Ø Hands on experience of presentation.
Ø Good Computer knowledge.
Ø Ability to build good working relationship.
Ø Ability to explain ideas and concepts.
Education:
ANY GRADUATE /POST GRADUATE.
Experience: Min. 4 to 8 Years
Location: Malad (E), Mumbai
