Job Description
Position:- Senior Software Engineer - Telephony Middleware (SIM Toolkit). - Individual contribution for Implementation of Features in Opensource telephony middleware on Linux Platforms- Work collaboratively with team to implement solutions across the application/UI on Mobile Linux Platform - 3-5 years experience with real-time, embedded software systems, primarily in the wireless industry [Lead]- 2-3 Years [Sr. Software Engineer] Working experinece in implementing Telephony Features on a Handset - Strong C programming skills- In-depth knowledge of standard RTOS concepts and inter-process communication- excellent understanding is desired 3GPP TS spec [Lead]- Awareness 3GPPTS spec 24007,24008,27007,23030,24010, 31111(3GPPTS 31111, 31102, 31101)- B.S./M.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field- Knowledge of CDMA/EVDO/UMTS/LTE protocol- Indepth understanding of one or more of telephony middleware modules - Call, SS, REGISTRATION, SIM, SUBSIDY LOCK- Good Programming Skills in C on the linux/unix environment- Good Analytical, debugging and problem solving skills- Expertize in Linux, IPC Mechanisms, Threaded Programming- Versataility with Opensource version control tools & Defect Management tools - SVN, bugzilla- Exposure to gdb, gnu toolchain usage and knowledge in autoconf automake make files- Should have worked on diversified platforms on the mobile handset side.View the original article here
